Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, making repairs, and keeping a property operating at its best? We're currently looking for a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities in the Madison, WI area. What You'll Do:

  • Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

  • Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.

  • Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make-readies, ensure all apartments scheduled for move-ins are fully completed prior to move-in.

  • Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager.

  • Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

  • Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.

  • Communicate with vendors and contractors.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call assignment.

  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

  • Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.

  • HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
