Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Unable to use the rest room or get around by themselves. My mother is full-time care taker and I would like to find a way that she can visit a grandchild that just had a baby and bought a new home. She is unable to leave for longer than 5 hours at a time now. This would be an overnight visit because of the distance. About the care needs: They would need to be able to change him, give med., he is unable to get up on his own. This would be for a 24 hour period. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
