Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are a family of 4 (kids 4 and will be 4 months in September) looking for someone who can help with 1) afternoon pickup for the baby 4 days a week and/or 2) watch baby at home one day a week (10. 5 hours). Pickup ideally would be around 4:30 - 5 p.m. but can be at 5:30 at the latest. Once home, stay with baby until a parent is home and help with bottle prep/daycare bag for next day. More hours for morning drop off, light housekeeping (empty and load dishwasher, tidying of communal spaces, meal prep can be provided as desired. Will perform reference check and drivers license/record check. Will need to leave car seat in the car.
