Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a babysitter while I run errands and/or do things around the house. Sometimes I'm looking for occasional date night babysitting. My kids love books, blocks, and playing in our yard. They also loves singing and dancing. My kids are still young, so safety is a big deal to us. We have an older and mostly blind dachshund. He does bark a lot when people come over, but he mostly sleeps. He would need to be let out in the fenced yard every 2-3 hours.
