Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 infant. We would prefer someone who could help bring culture to our home. We have a small dog (maltipoo) who is spunky but well behaved. Our focus is on having a heritage speaker of Arabic (first choice) or Mandarin (second choice). We are a very progressive and open-minded family. We want to prioritize safety, well-being, language learning, and cultural exchange! We are looking for someone middle-aged who can be like an adopted grandparent for our baby, as we are a young couple with our parents living out-of-town.
