Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for an overnight babysitter/nanny for my daughter beginning September. She will be approximately 6 months old at that time. Schedule would be 2-3 nights per week, typically from 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. The days will rotate each week, but the schedule will be known in advance. Due to having three large dogs at my home, I am looking for someone who can provide care in their own home. Ideally seeking someone with infant experience, reliable transportation, references, and a safe, smoke-free environment. I work night shift as a nurse, so reliability is extremely important.
