Job Description
We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in Casper, Wyoming. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team that values precision and consistency, this is a great opportunity.
Location: Casper, Wyoming
Pay: $18/hr
Shifts: 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule
- 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery
- Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet Dura-Line specifications
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Assist with line changeovers and setup
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation (including every other weekend)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Mechanical aptitude or prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Casper, WY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
