Position Details

• Location: De Soto, MO
• School Year: August 2026 – May 2027
• Schedule: 32.5 hours per week
• Caseload: Approximately 52 students
• Age Group: Pre-K through Elementary
• Compensation: $45-$55 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
• Support students in achieving communication and academic goals

Requirements

• Active Missouri SLP license or currently in the licensure process
• Additional state and/or district requirements may apply
• School-based experience preferred
