Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will work alongside the maintenance lead to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Your role involves setting up and running Citizen Swiss CNC machines, performing routine startups, and managing tooling switches. You will conduct routine maintenance and operation of molding machines, as well as preventative maintenance checks on all equipment every Friday. Additionally, you will assist in building workstations, assembling benches, and performing light electrical installations. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining injection mold machine motors and seals, assembling wire cutting/stripping machines, automatic label applicators, custom presses, and various other custom equipment. You will also service facility equipment such as water filtration systems, air compressors, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run Citizen Swiss CNC machines and manage tooling switches.
• Perform routine maintenance and operation of molding machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks on all equipment every Friday.
• Assist in building workstations and assembling benches.
• Perform light electrical installations.
• Maintain injection mold machine motors and seals.
• Assemble wire cutting/stripping machines, automatic label applicators, custom presses, and other equipment.
• Service facility equipment such as water filtration systems, air compressors, and plumbing systems.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical and preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and use blueprints.
• Experience with Swiss machines, injection molding machines, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Swiss machine experience.
• Experience with calipers and micrometers.
• CNC experience.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr.
