General Production Worker

Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate

Overview:

Join a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment supporting high-volume production. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, following clear processes, and working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load/unload metal parts into automated machines
• Start/stop equipment and monitor basic machine operations
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure product consistency
• Stack, sort, and package finished parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions

Requirements:

• Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift
• Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to work mandatory OT on Saturdays
• Steel-toe boots required

Nice to Have:

• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
• Quality inspection or assembly experience
• Experience in hands-on roles (warehouse, construction, retail, etc.)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.
