Job Description
Job Title: Entry Level Production Associate
Overview:
Join a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment supporting high-volume production. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, following clear processes, and working with their hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load/unload metal parts into automated machines
- Start/stop equipment and monitor basic machine operations
- Perform visual quality checks to ensure product consistency
- Stack, sort, and package finished parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and work instructions
Requirements:
- Ability to stand 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to work mandatory OT on Saturdays
- Steel-toe boots required
Nice to Have:
- Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
- Quality inspection or assembly experience
- Experience in hands-on roles (warehouse, construction, retail, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.
