🔧 What You’ll Be Doing- Build complete electrical systems for advanced chiller units from scratch
- Perform full wiring: routing, cutting, stripping, and terminating with precision
- Install and connect key components like motors, relays, contactors, sensors, and control panels
- Safely integrate high-voltage circuits and control systems
- Read and work from electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts
- Handle and terminate heavy-gauge cables (2 AWG to 4/0 AWG DLO)
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot systems to ensure top-tier quality and performance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
- 4+ years of hands-on electrical assembly experience
- Proven ability to wire systems from scratch — not just follow along
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices
- Confidence reading schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working with large-gauge cable (2 AWG–4/0 AWG)
- Ability to read and follow complex schematics and technical instructions
- Experience with large-gauge cable terminations (2 AWG–4/0 AWG)
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to doing things right the first time
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- HVAC or refrigeration experience
- Chiller or similar equipment experience
- Manufacturing/production experience
- Willingness to travel for training (including Canada opportunities!)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
