What You’ll DoAs a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in bringing precision-engineered products to life. Your work will directly impact quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using detailed specifications and engineering drawings
- Use hand and power tools to build complete, high-quality products
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy in every build
- Install assemblies into enclosures, cabinets, and final product structures
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify tolerances
- Perform soldering as needed to complete assemblies
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all products meet strict standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members to consistently meet production goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive efficiency and product quality
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent hands-on training
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly processes
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Soldering in a production or manufacturing setting
- Background in complex mechanical assembly or manufacturing
- Experience working with detailed schematics and precision builds
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
