Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lubrication Technician to support our production team by efficiently managing fluids and chemicals across multiple production lines. This hands-on role demands a person who is comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Clean out metal shavings from machine hoppers.
- Check and fill coolant and other fluid levels to proper levels as needed.
- Perform fluid and oil changes on equipment.
- Monitor fluids and chemicals from production lines.
- Track and report fluid levels accurately.
- Transport samples to the lab for testing and analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
- Follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and working on the floor.
- Stay on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of lubrication, chemical management, quality control, and fluid mechanics.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience in quality assurance.

Work Environment
Work in a heavy industrial environment with a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, with 1st shift hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Initial training is conducted Monday through Friday during day shifts. The role requires wearing a hard hat, high visibility vest, gloves, long sleeve pants, and a long sleeve shirt. Be part of a growing team currently consisting of three people.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
