What You’ll Do- Assemble small parts by following clear, computer‑based instructions
- Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Package finished parts so they’re ready for the next step
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient
- Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures
- Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is helpful
- Comfortable using hand tools and following detailed instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean, climate‑controlled work environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
