Location: Utica, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Kelly Services is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialists for temporary opportunities with a manufacturing client in Utica, NY.

The Production team is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the execution of established production plans, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on manufacturing experience in a structured and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production activities in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Support production operations to help maximize efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Identify and communicate recurring issues within the work area.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while completing assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure production goals are met.
• Assist with the training and support of new employees as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Less than one year of related experience required.
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to attendance.
