Traveling Lawn & Weed Care Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Traveling Lawn & Weed Care Technician for a company based in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel around the country and work with a team that helps customers handle their weed and vegetation overgrowth. This will be a direct hire position with a fast growning business, and you will be eligible for their internal benefits such as healthcare from day one.

Pay Rate
$17.00 - $20.00 depending on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm but hours can vary based on the weather

Traveling Lawn & Weed Care Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply Herbicides using backpack sprayers, UTV Mounted Nozzles or Hose Systems.
- Walk powerlines and spray brush as needed
- Drive UTVs through solar fields and spraying turf.
- Navigate drainage canals while handling spray hoses.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
Traveling Lawn & Weed Care Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Valid Driver License and compliant Motor Vehicle Report.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and other physical requirements such as walking long distances.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Previous experience in outdoor labor preferred.
- Must be willing to travel for work and stay on site for extended periods
