Job Description

·         Oversee and lead a team comprising 2 direct reports (Quality Supervisor and SR Technician) along with 12 indirect inspectors across 3 shifts

·         Manage quality operations within a non-union injection molding manufacturing environment

·         Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships

·         Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues, supplier quality concerns, and containment challenges in a timely manner

·         Operate as a floor-driven leader, actively engaging with production teams to collaboratively address and resolve quality issues

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership

·                     Background in any segment of the plastics manufacturing industry
