Position: Scheduler
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
5-6 month Contract Project (W2)
Pay Range: $20-$21/hr
Overview
The Network Upgrade Scheduler supports franchise store locations by coordinating and scheduling network upgrade activities. This role works closely with store leadership, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure upgrades are completed efficiently with minimal disruption to store operations.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule network upgrade appointments for franchise locations
• Communicate schedules, expectations, and downtime windows with store managers
• Work with internal IT teams and vendors to align availability and resources
• Track upgrade progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and update records
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up before and after upgrades
Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing timelines
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and basic office software
