Rough Framing Foreman | Finish Carpentry Foreman
Locations: SF Peninsula/South Bay • Monterey Peninsula • San Francisco • Santa Rosa • North Lake Tahoe
Build Exceptional Projects. Lead Exceptional People.Seeking experienced Foremen to lead crews on some of California's finest custom residential projects. We are looking for skilled carpenters and proven leaders who take pride in craftsmanship, develop people, plan ahead, and deliver successful projects through organization, accountability, and leadership.
Our Foremen are builders, coaches, planners, problem-solvers, and leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL DOLead & Develop Teams• Lead carpenters, apprentices, and laborers, spending the majority of time with tool bags on
• Assign daily production goals and work plans
• Coach and develop future leaders
• Build accountability, morale, and team performance
• Conduct daily kickoff and checkout meetings
Drive Project Success• Review plans, schedules, RFIs, SKs, and change orders
• Maintain a proactive 2-week look-ahead schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Solve problems before they impact production
Ensure Quality & Safety• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship
• Verify work meets plans and specifications
• Lead safety meetings and jobsite inspections
• Enforce OSHA compliance and safe work practices
Manage Resources & Communication• Plan materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Maintain daily logs and project documentation
• Track project changes and change orders
• Communicate professionally with clients and project partners
