What You’ll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring materials are tracked, stored, and shipped with precision.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify documentation for accuracy and quality
- Accurately enter and manage inventory data in company systems
- Maintain detailed records and trace documentation, both digitally and physically
- Locate, pull, and stage materials for inspection or shipment
- Package products securely for storage and delivery
- Clean and prepare parts according to specifications
- Perform physical inventory counts and assist with stock accuracy
- Organize and relocate materials to optimize storage space
- Maintain clean, safe, and efficient workstations
- Support audits, inspections, and quality control processes
- Assist with additional warehouse functions as needed
- 2+ years of warehouse or stockroom experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team
- Experience handling aircraft parts or regulated materials
- Background in quality inspections or audit support
- Familiarity with detailed documentation and traceability requirements

This role operates on a first-shift schedule (6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday), giving you a consistent routine and evenings free. You’ll work in a warehouse environment supporting aircraft parts operations, where safety, cleanliness, and organization are top priorities. Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
