Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This role supports the production of precision-engineered aftermarket air suspension components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. General Production Workers assemble struts, compressors, and related parts by following visual work instructions, using hand and power tools, and maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. This position is well suited for entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and an interest in working with mechanical and automotive-style components.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble air suspension components and related parts according to work orders, diagrams, and visual instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment as required to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts for quality, proper alignment, seals, and finish to ensure products meet durability and performance standards.
  • Follow simplified, visual work instructions similar to illustrated assembly diagrams to complete each step accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and efficiency standards.
  • Stand for 10 or more hours per shift while performing repetitive production and assembly tasks.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of assembly issues and promptly notify leads of defects, irregularities, or problems with parts or tools.
  • Support workflow by following production pacing and contributing consistently to team output goals.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures in the manufacturing environment.
  • Assist teammates as needed to meet production targets and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Essential Skills

  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in assembly, mechanical work, automotive tasks, or similar hands-on roles.
  • Ability to read and follow basic visual work orders and illustrated step-by-step diagrams.
  • Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and pace.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized instructions accurately.
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with tools, machinery, and repetitive processes.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in general labor, production, or assembly environments.
  • Familiarity with using pneumatic tools in a manufacturing or mechanical setting.
  • Interest in mechanical, automotive, or precision-engineered components.
  • Openness to cross-training in areas such as paint, crimping, quality control, or machine operation.
  • Availability to complete a one-day working interview, typically scheduled between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
  • Flexibility to participate in working interviews typically held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with potential to start the next day.

Why Work Here?

You will join a growing manufacturing operation that offers long-term opportunities for pay growth and advancement into leadership and specialized roles. The organization invests in hands-on training and provides clear pathways to move into areas such as paint, crimping, quality control, and machine operation. You benefit from a structured schedule with optional overtime, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to build valuable mechanical and production skills that support long-term career development.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non–climate-controlled warehouse environment with two primary buildings. In Building B, a newer manufacturing warehouse, you work at standing workstations assembling products using hand and power tools, applying stickers to components, and loading finished items into boxes. In Building C, a remanufacturing warehouse, you disassemble used products and rebuild them using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Building C also offers opportunities to grow into the paint department, crimper department, quality control, or machine operator roles. The role requires standing for 10 or more hours per shift and working around tools, machinery, and repetitive production processes. Available shifts include a first shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with optional overtime on Friday) and a second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, with optional overtime on Friday from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM). Dress is typical for a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with appropriate work attire suitable for using tools and working around machinery.Ware
