Extrusion Operator | 4-Day Work Week | Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is hiring for an experienced Extrusion Operator for a leading manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity to work steady hours, earn competitive pay, and grow with a company that values your skills.

Location: Walton Hills, OH
Pay: $19–$22/hr depending on experience + $0.75 shift differential for nights + bonus every 6 months
Shift: 2:00pm – 12:00am (4 ten-hour days)

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, start up, and operate extrusion machines to produce plastic sheets
• Load raw materials and adjust machine settings for proper output
• Monitor machines, gauges, and control panels to ensure quality production
• Identify and respond to material defects or machine issues quickly
• Complete production reports and work orders accurately
• Stop and restart machines as needed
• Keep work area clean and support production team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of machine operator experience (plastics preferred)
• Ability to read a tape measure and use tools like calipers and micrometers
• Strong math skills and ability to follow specifications
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs (over 50 lbs with assistance)
• Forklift (tow motor) experience preferred
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to stay alert on the job

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
