In this rewarding role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to unique student needs
  • Guide therapy sessions focused on targeted communication goals
  • Carefully monitor, track, and document student progress across therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Actively involve and coach families, empowering them to support their children’s progress

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with children or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to take initiative yet work harmoniously within a team

Eligibility Requirements:

  • State Board-approved Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
