ARE YOU A STAFF ACCOUNTANT LOOKING TO SUPPORT AN ELECTRONICS ASSEMLY COMPANY IN SPOKANE VALLEY, WA?!

TITLE: STAFF ACCOUNTANT

DURATION: CONTRACT TO HIRE

Description

Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data

Perform audits on financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Ensure financial reporting aligns with regulatory standards

Prepare and enter journal entries (accruals, deferrals, reclasses, intercompany)

Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Support budgeting and forecasting through GL alignment

Assist with 10-Q and 10-K preparation (footnotes, tie-out binders)

Prepare monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders and Board of Directors

Support internal and external audit requests, including quarterly audits

Assist with tax-related information and reporting

Partner with leadership and auditors on financial reporting and compliance initiatives

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams

Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, email, databases, etc.)

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
