Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Perform mechanical and industrial assembly using blueprints and technical drawings
- Interpret schematics and engineering diagrams to build machinery
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers for precision work
- Collaborate with quality and production teams for inspections and testing
- Prepare workstations and ensure materials are ready for assembly
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- 1+ years of experience in assembly technician, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing roles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- Steel-toe shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monee, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
