Job Description
We’re looking for someone with energy. Someone who likes to move fast, talk to people, and make money.
This role is a mix of recruiting and sales. You’ll be working with local companies, filling jobs, and building relationships.
What you’ll do- Call and meet with businesses to bring in new clients
- Fill open jobs by finding and placing candidates
- Stay in touch with your clients so they keep coming back
- Work your pipeline and hit your weekly numbers
- Someone driven and money motivated
- Strong communicator (phone, in person, text—whatever it takes)
- High energy — you don’t like sitting still
- Comfortable with sales or willing to learn it
- Staffing or sales experience is great, but not required
- Base pay + potential commission
- Growth opportunities
