**Exciting Opportunity for RN: Rural Health Primary Care Clinic Traveler!**\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Join a dynamic Rural Health Clinic team in the beautiful Pagosa Springs, Colorado!\n- Experience a fulfilling role as an RN, providing high-quality outpatient care.\n- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team: physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, LPNs, and support staff.\n- Enjoy a 10-hour weekday shift with no call, weekends, or holiday obligations!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.\n- Perform patient assessments, triage, care planning, treatment implementation, and follow-up.\n- Manage patient phone calls, portal messages, and nursing advice using established protocols.\n- Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and other clinic-based treatments.\n- Conduct point-of-care testing and CLIA-waived laboratory procedures.\n- Coordinate care with providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.\n- Document accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR).\n- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient engagement efforts.\n- Serve as a clinical resource for patients and clinic staff.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- Current Colorado RN license or active compact RN license in good standing.\n- Current AHA BLS certification.\n- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience.\n- Cerner EMR experience is a must.\n- Strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills.\n- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- Previous experience in Rural Health Clinic, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.\n- Familiarity with immunizations, medication administration, and nursing triage.\n- Experience with CLIA-waived laboratory testing.\n- Background in supporting quality initiatives and patient engagement programs.\n\nCommunity Information:\n\n- Discover the charm of Pagosa Springs, surrounded by the stunning San Juan Mountains.\n- Enjoy world-class hot springs, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, skiing, and endless outdoor recreation.\n- Experience a welcoming mountain community with an exceptional quality of life!\n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
