🕘 Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

- Active RN License (license in hand at submission) \t
- Minimum 1 year recent Hospice and/or Home Health experience \t
- OASIS experience required \t
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required \t
- BLS certification required \t
- First-time travelers not accepted

- Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend coverage \t
- On-call may be required (discussed during interview) \t
- Average 5–7 patient visits per day \t
- Territory coverage up to a 60-mile radius from the office \t
- Geriatric patient population \t
- Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate \t
- iPad provided for documentation
