Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Yuma, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
No call, weekends, or holidays
Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging
Position: Ultrasound Technologist (General, OB/GYN, Small Parts)
Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARDMS (AB, OB, BR, NE)
Requirements
- ARRT and ARDMS certifications required
- Current BLS certification
- Active CME compliance
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound exams including Abdomen, OB/GYN, Breast, and Vascular studies
- Communicate findings to physicians and radiologists
- Ensure patient safety and quality care
- Assist with scheduling and basic clerical tasks
- Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment and coordinate repairs
- Perform general diagnostic imaging procedures as needed
- Cross-train in other imaging modalities when required
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of departmental procedures and imaging best practices
Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARDMS (AB, OB, BR, NE)
