Southside Animal Hospital has been San Angelo's most\ntrusted practice for over 30 years, and we're looking for a surgeon to help\ntake us to the next level. This is a hands-on, surgery-heavy role built for a\nveterinarian who loves operating and wants the caseload, equipment, and support\nto do it well.

The Opportunity

In this role surgery is central to your day. We're\nlooking for an experienced veterinarian with advanced surgical skills who's\nready to step into a high-autonomy role with the backing of a stable,\nlong-tenured team.

Compensation : Pro-Sal model with earning potential up to $155,000 +, up to $35,000 bonus\npackage, and 21%+ production. High surgical volume means high earning\npotential.

Equipment : Dental Rads, VetHome, Surgical and\ntherapeutic lasers, ultrasound, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab,\ndedicated isolation ward, and more. Everything you need to operate at an\nadvanced level.

Team : Doctors and staff with\n10+ years of tenure. A culture built on collaboration, not competition.

Schedule : No on-call.\nFlexible scheduling. Clinic open 5 days/week, schedule would be 4 days a week
