Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Responsibilities:
  • No call, holidays, or weekends required.
  • Work 8 or 10 hour shifts (0700-1530 or 0700-1730).
  • Operate under the supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist.
  • Manage 1-15 surgical cases per day.
  • Engage in anesthesia care plans based on pre-operative assessments.
  • Participate in a Level 1 Trauma Center with an average annual OR volume of 13,000 cases.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR staff in 11 operating rooms.
  • Complete credentialing process estimated at 60-90 days.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program.
  • Current CRNA certification.
  • Licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • PALS certification.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina.
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • NBCRNA Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
  • AANA certification - [REQUIRED]
  • BLS/PALS - [REQUIRED]
  • Ohio License (or willingness to obtain) - [REQUIRED]
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - [REQUIRED]
  • Accepting new graduates, pediatric experience preferred - [REQUIRED]
