Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

My child is very young, just over 6 months old. I work from home so I will be around but I need care for the days that my mother-in-law cannot help us. The job will include lots if play, bottle feeding, feeding soft foods/purees, structured nap time. I do not require any household help. It would be wonderful if this person had an understanding of child development so they can help my little man grow! We are a pretty flexible family and we just want someone who is kind, patience, organized, flexible, go with the flow, creative, and enjoys teaching to a certain degree.
