Nanny Needed

Seeking a reliable, responsible house manager starting as soon as possible and continuing through the summer, with the potential to continue. No pets but we have one 19-month-old and would need occasional childcare as well. Duties (and hours) are flexible but should include light housekeeping and tidying, laundry, organizing, meal prep, family errands, and scheduling for the family, and some childcare. A bonus would be someone to help develop household routines and workflows to streamline daily tasks. This can vary week to week based on what works for both of us.
