We are hiring a Lead Carpenter on a Superintendent track, someone who wants ownership, growth, and leadership.

The Role:

You will:

Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects.
Help supervise 1–3 active job sites.
Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor.
Perform quality control inspections.
Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites.
Order lumber and standard materials.
Complete daily logs and administrative tracking.
Communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners.
Train and mentor junior team members.

This is a leadership development role.
High performers will move into a Superintendent position.

What We Expect:

Minimum qualifications:

Journeyman-level residential construction experience.
Strong plan reading and layout skills.
Familiarity with CA Residential Building Code.
Solid math skills.
Experience working within structured systems (not chaotic jobsites).
Clear, professional communication.

Organized and process-oriented.
Results-driven (good and on time beats perfect and late).

Customer-focused.
Comfortable using software tools for tracking work.
