We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the RN/physician.
- Provide direct nursing care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Respond to emergencies and follow facility protocols.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and care giving staff.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of [State].
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
