Do I need a background in insurance? Not at all. We value attitude over resumes. We teach you the industry, the products, and the sales scripts from scratch.


How realistic is the $50,000 first-year mark? Completely realistic. Our commission and bonus tracking systems are designed to reward baseline consistency. Follow the process, and the numbers take care of themselves.


What does training look like? You will not be thrown to the wolves. You will receive hands-on, step-by-step coaching covering modern sales psychology, phone techniques, and product knowledge.


What is the next step after this role? Successful SDRs have the opportunity to advance into licensed Insurance Sales Producers or Account Managers, where your earning cap disappears entirely.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate phone conversations with prospective clients to verify data and spark interest.
  • Warm Handoffs: Collaborate closely with our licensed team by transferring qualified opportunities to them to close.
  • Goal Crushing: Meet daily outbound activity targets and celebrate collective wins with the team.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of computers
