We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
- Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
- Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with builders, contractors, or in home improvement
- Confidence presenting to individuals or small groups
- Ability to influence and close with a consultative approach
- High energy, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership
- Field-based role (job sites, client locations, showroom)
- Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Active, hands-on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections
Compensation & Earning Potential
- $70,000 guaranteed base salary during your first twelve months to support your ramp-up and business development efforts
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance

- Transition into a performance-driven compensation structure with strong, uncapped earning potential
Long-Term Earning Potential:
- Potential to earn $100K+ by Year 3
- Over 50% of team earns six figures
