Job Description

We are currently looking to fill full-time and part time positions at our facility. While previous experience is desired, we are primarily looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable with a flexible schedule and that does well in a HIGH VOLUME/FAST PACE environment.

We are open 7 days, 24 hours. Positions looking to fill is 12-1030pm, Sat, Sun, Wed, Thur. (Fulltime) 10 hour shifts Sat, Sun 12-1030p (Part time) 10 hours shifts

The responsibilities for this role include:

Answering phones.
Scheduling appointments.
Greeting and checking in clients.
Scanning the lobby frequently to ensure everyone has been checked in and or given an update/status.
Processing online prescription requests (Chewy, PetMeds, etc.)
Follow-up call/Call backs.
Cash handling.
Faxes, callbacks, scanning, email and text messages.
Rooming clients when possible.
Keeping exam rooms and the lobby clean.
Refilling medications, restocking fridge, water machine.
Triaging appointments.
