HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Warwick and surrounding Rhode Island areas. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to work in a market known for coastal properties, suburban demand, and consistent buyer activity.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
- Work remotely with full support, training, and systems in place.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Warwick and Rhode Island market trends.
Qualifications:
- Active Rhode Island Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Warwick / Rhode Island market (preferred).
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
