CNC Machinist

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs looking to identify a CNC Machinist to join their team!

Responsibilties:

• Setup, run, and perform machine changeovers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S standards
• Use precision measurement tools — calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM — to verify parts to print

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of CNC Machining experience ( preferably with Haas, Okuma, Doosan)
• Strong setup and operating experience with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and understand G-code & GD&T knowledge
• Experience holding tight tolerances, including measurements to the thousandths.
