What We’re Looking For:

A licensed Esthetician in Oregon (required).
Prior waxing or sugaring experience (required).
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to delivering top-tier client care.
A natural leader who is excited to train, support, and uplift others.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and train other Sugaristas on services, protocols, and product knowledge.
Set the tone for excellence in every client interaction — from warm greetings to expert service and personalized recommendations.
Encourage rebooking, membership sign-ups, and retail sales through authentic client education and trust-building.
Maintain a clean, professional treatment space that reflects our commitment to hygiene and comfort.
Provide aftercare guidance and support, especially for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin.
Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless operations and a consistent client experience.
Stay up to date on promotions, packages, and products to confidently answer client questions.
Uphold all OR state esthetician license requirements and cleanliness standards.
