Position Summary
Barefoot Mosquito Control is seeking a motivated, customer focused Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by converting inbound leads, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers solve problems and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads, educating prospects on our mosquito and pest control services, preparing quotes, closing sales, and supporting customer retention efforts.
- Respond promptly to inbound phone, web, email, and referral leads.
- Qualify prospective customers and identify service needs.
- Present and explain Barefoot Mosquito Control service offerings, pricing, and treatment plans.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals.
- Follow up on estimates and open opportunities to close sales.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective and existing customers.
- Address customer questions regarding services, scheduling, pricing, and treatment expectations.
- Assist customers with renewals, upgrades, and additional service offerings.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, quotes, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track sales performance and provide regular activity updates.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales, customer service, call center, or inside sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in home services, pest control, lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, or related industries.
- Experience using CRM and scheduling software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
