Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home-based occupational therapy assessments, admissions, and follow-up visits.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve daily living and occupational skills.
- Provide RTM services, including device setup, monitoring, and therapy adjustments.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and assistive devices.
- Document patient progress and adhere to Medicare and Medicaid compliance guidelines.

Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM):
- Utilize RTM technology to monitor and manage patient progress remotely.

- Deliver personalized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and other conditions.
Requirements for RTM and Outpatient Therapy:
- Willingness to obtain a Medicare Provider ID.
- Services will be billed under a group using the group’s Provider ID.
