Copper Point Group (A Lamoreaux Design & Construction Company) is seeking a Carpenter for resort and residential projects in the Cedar City area. You must have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience in carpentry, and be at a journeyman level or equivalent.
Copper Point Group (A Lamoreaux Design & Construction Company) is seeking a Carpenter for resort and residential projects in the Cedar City area. You must have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience in carpentry, and be at a journeyman level or equivalent.
Responsibilities include:
- Residential and Commercial Building construction.
- New Construction and Remodels.
Desired Construction Skills/Expertise:
- Metal siding and roofing.
- Board and Batten, James Hardie.
- Framing, insulation, sheetrock.
- Heavy log trusses, heavy log/timber layout, and framing.
- Log timber skills with chainsaw, sawsall, and grinder saw.
- Portable sawmill operation for log preparation.
- Trim work, finish carpentry
- Quality fit and finish.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
