Clinic Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Jenks, OK

We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Clinic Coordinator to join our team.

About Us:
We are an established, friendly Private Medical Practice treating both adult and pediatric patients. 

We value our staff and offer a supportive, positive work environment.

Schedule & Flexibility:
Options: Full-Time or Part-Time available.
Max of 36 hours a week.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Balance: No weekends, no late nights! We are flexible!

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $18 – $19 per hour (Starting pay, will increase).

What We Are Looking For:
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Experience in medical office scheduling, billing, or patient coordination.
A welcoming personality to greet patients and manage clinic flow.
Medical Assistants (MAs) looking to step up into administration are highly encouraged to apply!
Recent graduates are welcomed!
