Home Health Nurse (Full-Time, Part-Time, Per-Diem)

We provide services to the pediatric, adult and geriatric populations in Orange County, Osceola County, and Seminole County.

We have immediate openings for RNs:

For comprehensive assessment of patient at start of care.
Patient care coordination.

RNs and LPNs to provide:

Intermittent skilled nursing care for patient in their home.
Private Duty Nursing For Pediatrics and Adults:
- 8-hour shifts.
- 12-hour shifts.
- 16-hour shifts.

Requirements:

Valid Nursing License.
AHCA Clearinghouse fingerprinting required. https://info.flclearinghouse.com
Active BLS CPR Certification.
Home health care experience not required!
