AB Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment in South Holland, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This role follows the academic district calendar and offers consistent school hours.
Position Details:
- Location: Antioch, IL
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
- Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year
- Setting: School-based

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional skills and school participation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document services and progress in accordance with district and state requirements
- Support safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Illinois Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Ability to travel between school buildings as needed
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
