HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Boston and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for agents who want to capitalize on everything Boston has to offer, from high property values to constant buyer, renter, and investor demand.
Job Type:
- Full-time / Part-time.
- Commission-based.
Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in transactions.
- Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
- Market and list residential properties.
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.
- Stay current on Boston market trends and neighborhood activity.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-demand market.
- New and experienced agents welcome.
Compensation:
- Up to 90% commission split.
