AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team full-time at Kane Glen Hazel, conveniently located in the Squirrel Hill area of Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving independence with daily living activities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient progress and outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as needed
- Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Pennsylvania COTA License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation success
