About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role includes assisting with patient assessments, performing clinical tasks, administering treatments as appropriate, and supporting daily clinic operations. The LPN plays a key role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care in a patient‑centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and clinic protocols.
- Assist with patient intake, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Active LPN license in the state of practice or eligibility by endorsement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient clinic setting.
